Q: My Order Status says "Payment Pending", is there a problem with my order?
Q: Where are BabyLegs made?
A: This is completely normal! Payment Pending means that we have authorized your payment through your bank or through PayPal, but we have not yet captured your payment. We do not capture payments until your order is ready to ship. This ensures that you are able to make necessary changes or cancel your order, if needed. Once your payment is captured, your order will enter "Shipment Pending" status. At that point, our warehouse is ready to pack and ship your order. If you have any questions about your order status, or feel that there may have been a problem with your payment, please call Customer Service at 206-734-4000.
Q: How long will it take for my BabyLegs to arrive?
A: All BabyLegs are manufactured in China.
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: We process your order within 3-5 business days. We ship from Edison, NJ. USPS takes approximately 4-9 business days for delivery.
Q: What sizes do BabyLegs come in?
A: BabyLegs are available worldwide. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. You can purchase BabyLegs from one of our online retailers or from one of our distributors or their retailers around the globe.
Q: What are BabyLegs made out of?
A: One size fits most. Our standard size 8cmx33cm fits most. Our BL Varsity designs are 40cm long x 9cm wide (great for adults, too). We also have BabyLegs in Newborn size of 21cm, which fits infants 0-3m. Adults also wear standard BabyLegs on their arms or on their legs like toeless knee hi�s.
Q: What are your BabyLegs Organics made out of?
A: Most of the BabyLegs are 80% cotton, 15% polyester, 5% spandex. Our SuperSoft BabyLegs are 100% polyester. Our made in Vermont organic cotton are 87%cotton, 12% nylon. 1% spandex. Our made in Vermont organic Wool are 88% wool, 11% nylon, 1% spandex. Our organic designs made in China are 80% organic cotton, 12% polyester, 8% spandex.
Q: What items are in stock?
A: The manufacturer we use for our organic BabyLegs uses SKAL certified organic cotton and dyes that are Oko-Tek 100 certified.
Q: What is the shipping cost?

Q: I had trouble placing an order, what should I do?
A: BabyLegs consumer orders ship for a flat fee of $5.99.
Wholesale orders and consumer orders totaling more than $120 after discount must ship via USPS Priority Mail at a calculated rate. Please contact Customer Service at 206-734-4000 for more information.
Q: Can I use my Visa Gift card for online or phone purchases?
A: Please send an email to email@example.com. Include your email address and we will contact you. Also, this helps us know that there may be a problem to correct.
Q: How do I exchange or return my BabyLegs?
A: Yes. You will need to be sure that your name, address, and phone number on file with the provider that issued the card is exactly the same as the information you give to the merchant you wish to make a purchase from. If the information is different, the purchase could be declined.
You can check or update your profile information at the Web site of the provider that issued your card, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card materials.
Q: Do you allow co-ops?
If you received your item(s) from Company as a gift from a friend or relative who placed the order through our Website, please have the gift giver contact us to arrange the appropriate return or exchange.

Q: How do I know how much I've earned?
A: After you purchase a VIP membership, follow any of the steps below:
For your own purchases:
1. Go to Your Account page and copy one of the VIP Referral URLs into your browser. By using this URL, the website will remember your VIP Id for your purchase, or
2. When checking out, enter your Account Number in the Referral Code field (just under the Coupon Code field). The site will confirm receipt of your code with a message below the field.
For friends and family:
3. Send your VIP Referral URL to your friends and family. Ask them to use your ID (same as your Account Number) or click the link you provide. You will earn 2.5% on their purchases when they use your VIP Referral Code.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: After signing in to your account on www.babylegs.com, click on the Your Account link at the top right of the page. This page will have a section called "My VIP Referral Account" and will have all the information regarding your VIP account. Please note that referral and loyalty points are credited to your account within 24 hours of each purchase, so you may not see points immediately after each purchase. Check back later to confirm your points earned. Note that there is a section that will show pending points that have not been applied to your account. These points will be applied within 24 hours.
Q: Can I use coupons and other discounts with my VIP pricing?
A: When you are ready to redeem your loyalty and referral points, simply copy the Gift Certificate # from the "My VIP Referral Account" section on Your Account page. When you are done shopping, simply choose Gift Certificate as your Payment Method on the Checkout page. Once the value of the Gift Certificate is applied to your order, you can pay for the balance (if any) of your order with another payment method of your choice.
Q: I submitted my order and I don't see any Points in my Referral Account.
A: Yes, coupons will still work with your VIP pricing.

A: Referral and Loyalty points are "earned" 24 hours after purchase. This is a safeguard to prevent abuse of the system and to allow us to review Referral purchases before points are awarded. You will see all Pending Points immediately in your account so that you know your points were received and your order was accepted.
Q: Can I use my VIP for a co-op or resale? Or can I use my VIP membership to purchase orders for other customers?
A: Only users who have purchased the BabyLegs VIP Membership Subscriptions ($25) will see the My VIP Referral Account section on their Account page at www.babylegs.com. It may take up to 1 business day for your VIP Account to be validated after purchase. If you purchased a VIP Membership and still don't see the section on Your Account page after 24 hours, please send an email to email@example.com and our Customer Service team will contact you.
A: No. VIP is a single-person membership. Benefits are only for the member. We allow VIP to purchase gifts, but co-ops, resale and any situation in which you charge others for what you are purchasing with your VIP membership is strictly forbidden. This is in the interest of ensuring that all of our VIP members are receiving the benefits that they are paying for.
Additionally, any instance in which you purchase and resell BabyLegs (either in a store, online, a group or other situation wherein you collect money from others for their purchase) must be done as a BabyLegs retailer.
